The first day back at the gym isn’t the hardest. I’m all like “yeah, I got this. Look at me run.” However, the second day, SUCKS. But I went. Do I feel better? Not really. But at least I did it.
On another note, I don’t think I run right. Is there a right way to run? Homegirl on the treadmill next to me looked so graceful. I’m all hunched over shuffling along looking like I’m about to pass out.
